Caring for orphans, disabled people, poor families, people in need and their support in the social policy of the leadership of the State and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan is one of the important directions, throughout the country these groups of the population enjoy all the charitable and humane acts of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the nation, respected Emomali Rahmon and the Chairman of the city of Dushanbe, respected Rustami Emomali.
In order to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, to provide material assistance to participants and invalids of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, persons equated to them, orphans of the entire state institution of secondary general education boarding school for orphans and children left without parental care of the city of Dushanbe, a decision was signed by the Chairman of the city of Dushanbe on the allocation of funds. On the basis of this decision, the chairmen of the districts of the city of Dushanbe pledged, on the eve of the 30th anniversary, at the expense of sponsors, charitable foundations and other sources of funding, to provide financial assistance to boarding school teachers, single persons within the framework of regulatory legal acts.
