A MEETING OF THE REGIONAL ASSET ON THE RESULTS OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE SUGHD REGION FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF THIS YEAR AND THE TASKS FOR IMPLEMENTATION WAS HELD IN THE CITY OF KHUJAND

At the initiative of the executive body of the state authority of the city of Dushanbe, the second international tournament on national wrestling with men and women “Dushanbe Cup” was held to implement the decision of the Chairman of the City of Dushanbe dated August 12, 2021, No. 489 on the occasion of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Wrestlers from the Republic of Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, India and Iran took part in the second international competition.

At the beginning of the competition, the First Deputy Chairman of the city of Dushanbe, Kurbonzoda Amirkhon, Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and other officials of Shirinovo and Rechi made speeches.

It should also be noted that the tournament was held in accordance with the rules established in the national federation “Gushtingir”Of the Republic of Tajikistan, and tournaments were held in 5 weights: 60kg, 70kg, 80kg, 90kg, +90kg between men and in one weight: 65G between women, the winners of every 6 Weights rated the tournament-motorist.
